The company is pleased to announce that it has entered into Sale & Purchase Agreement with Prosperity Resources Limited to acquire the tenements underlying it's existing Ferrous Mineral Rights for the Yalgoo Iron Project.
Annual General Meeting scheduled for 8:30am on the 20 November 2006 at the Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth.
