You can access, update and correct the personal information the Company holds about you by contacting the Company (or in relation to your shareholding, the Company's Share Registrar). The Company will need to be satisfied that the information is about you and correction supplied is valid.

The Privacy Act 1988, the Corporations Act 2001 and some requirements of the ASTC Settlement Rules govern the collection, maintenance and access to personal information.
If you do not provide the Company with the personal information required by it to undertake the required business activity, the Company may be unable to perform the business activity for you.
